My research interests focus on how plants regulate cellular communication during interactions with other organisms. In particular, I am interested in the molecular signals that control extracellular vesicle biogenesis and release during arbuscular mycorrhizal symbiosis, and how these processes are coordinated at the transcriptional level. Through my research, I hope to better understand the regulatory mechanisms that shape plant–microbe interactions and how this knowledge might ultimately be applied in plant biotechnology.
