As a visiting student supervised by Prof. Michael Bonsall, I use agent-based modelling and game theory to explore whether distributive justice mechanisms, such as polluter-pays and needs-based transfers, can move unequal groups towards lasting climate cooperation, and where they break down. The question matters to me because climate change hits hardest those who contributed least to it. Understanding these thresholds could help design climate agreements that stay fair and stable despite real-world inequality.
My home university is the Technical University of Munich, where I study Ecological Engineering and hold UnternehmerTUM’s entrepreneurship scholarship, Manage and More.
Across research and entrepreneurship, the common thread is a commitment to climate justice and to problems that seem unsolvable.
