I studied Biology at the University of Oxford and joined the HESTIA project in 2025 as an MBiol student, where I researched the carbon footprint of English viticulture. After graduating, I returned to HESTIA as a Research Assistant on the Defra Feed project.
My initial focus is to develop my master’s thesis into a publication-ready manuscript. I will then work within HESTIA and closely with our partners WRAP, to process and validate HESTIA’s animal feed dataset.
I am particularly interested in how outreach and data sharing with farmers can improve data quality, broaden the scope of our research and increase its real-world impact. More broadly, I am interested in how HESTIA’s work can support evidence-based agricultural policy and help individual farmers reduce the environmental impacts of food production.
