Research Interests

My pronouns are she/her

With a broad interest in human–wildlife conflict, I focus particularly on the ecological impacts of free-roaming cats and dogs, and on how changes in public behaviour can help mitigate these threats.

My doctoral research investigates the competition between domestic cats and the endangered leopard cat (Prionailurus bengalensis) in Taiwan, with a focus on how human activities may intensify this interaction. Recognising that human behaviour is as pivotal as ecological data to effective management, I also design behavioural interventions to reshape the practices that exacerbate these impacts. Ultimately, I aim to generate robust scientific evidence and practical solutions to support more effective management and better protect native wildlife.
