My work centers on optimising in vitro screening conditions to correlate better with in vivo outcomes in order to accelerate and streamline anti-TB drug development and verification. Acceleration of anti-TB drug development is required to combat rising multidrug resistant TB and improve the current suboptimal treatment regime for Tuberculosis.
