I am a birder, photographer, and researcher with a strong interest in bird ecology, bioacoustics, and soundscape ecology. My work focuses on ecological monitoring of bird populations, particularly through passive acoustic monitoring and AI-assisted species identification. I have also contributed to the development and evaluation of AI-powered birdsong identification tools.
Through my research, I hope to integrate long-term acoustic monitoring, artificial intelligence, and citizen science to improve how we detect and understand changes in bird communities and biodiversity. Ultimately, I aim to develop monitoring approaches that can support ecological research, biodiversity conservation, and evidence-based environmental management.
