I am an MSc by Research student interested in human-wildlife conflict and marine conservation. My master’s research seeks to explore fisher-pinniped conflict in the UK with a focus on grey seals (Halichoerus grypus), using integrated social-ecological approaches to understand potential drivers of conflict. Specifically, I will aim to use social and ecological data to identify feasible conservation management solutions in the dual interests of grey seal conservation and fishers' welfare.
