My research explores how AI can support the organisation of biological knowledge by assisting the process of biocuration. I am particularly interested in representing the complexity of plant–pathogen interactions. My work aims to make knowledge about these interactions machine-readable and more accessible to the research community. More broadly, I am interested in analysing biological research from a metascientific perspective.
