I am currently involved in identifying partners and post-translational regulators of ERFVII transcription factors in Arabidopsis. My primary focus is understanding how these regulators integrate various environmental cues, including oxidative stress, salinity, cold, and heat stress. To achieve this, I use a range of powerful tools, including proteomics and transcriptomics analysis, and mathematical modelling.
