My pronouns are he/him

My research focuses on the computational and mathematical investigation of antimicrobial resistance evolution in bacterial genomes, primarily utilizing phylogenetic comparison and machine learning techniques. I concentrate on bacterial pathogens like Campylobacter, E. coli, and Staphylococcus aureus, all of which pose significant threats to human and animal welfare. The key objectives of my research include identifying genes contributing to low-level resistance, understanding genes for acquisition, and maintaining multidrug resistance plasmids.
