Previously I was responsible for leading the development of a Mental Health standard set for the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement. During my MSc in Genomic Medicine I focussed on studying data from the 100,000 UK Genomes Project, investigating the detection of repeat expansions in the genomes of individuals with undiagnosed neurodegenerative diseases. As a scientific program manager I will coordinate the operational, financial and administrative aspects of the scientific research projects undertaken by the team, both internally and externally, centered around my interests in the genomics of infectious diseases.
