I am a computational biologist who uses a combination of virus genomic data, mathematical models, and evolutionary analysis to understand the infection and transmission dynamics of RNA viruses that affect human and animal health. Currently, I am working in the GCRF One Health Poultry Hub (https://www.onehealthpoultry.org) to better understand avian influenza transmission in poultry trade networks in Southeast Asia.
