As a post-doc in the C4 rice project, my research is aimed at investigating the mechanisms of leaf venation patterning in C3 and C4 grasses.
I am currently developing the molecular tools to understand the role of phytohormones, particularly of auxin, on leaf vein development.
I have a strong background in plant cell biology and a keen interest in all aspects of light microscopy.
