I am an evolutionary ecologist with a broad range of interests, including microbiology, animal physiology and biostatistics. My research is integrative, often combining many, if not all, of these diverse fields. My DPhil investigates whether variation in the wild mammalian gut microbiome impacts host phenotypic variation and ultimately, fitness.
