I am a theoretician with a broad range of interests across ecology and evolution. In particular, I am interested in the role that defensive symbiosis can play on the evolution of pathogen virulence, and the effects that this has on the host population. I have also conducted modelling for various aspects of the COVID-19 pandemic (both evolutionarily and evaluation of interventions), and am interested in general method formulation.
