I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Plant Chemetics laboratory where we utilize state-of-the-art chemical proteomics tools to gain new insights into the molecular mechanisms of plant-pathogen interactions. In particular, we are interested in interactions occurring in the apoplastic space, the site of initial contact between plants and their pathogens. Previously, I completed my PhD at Maynooth University in Ireland where I studied the role of the N-degron pathway in plant immunity.
