My pronouns are she/her.

I’m using fruit flies (Drosophila melanogaster) to investigate the effects of paternal age and diet on offspring fitness and neurodevelopment, and the non-genetic mechanisms by which these effects occur. The aim is to elucidate the proximate and ultimate causes and consequences of paternal effects: the influence of a father’s phenotype, or environment, on the phenotype of his offspring.

I joined the department as a DPhil student in 2022. Before coming to Oxford, I completed my undergraduate studies in Natural Sciences (Zoology and History and Philosophy of Science) at the University of Cambridge.
