I am interested in how businesses are impacting nature and how financial markets can integrate this information for investments. Following the call to conservation action for financial markets for the Global Biodiversity Framework and using the Murchison Falls Conservation Area, an example of a productive socio-ecological system, as a model, I hope to contribute to the design of a globally applicable, ecologically relevant, and financially material measure of corporate impact on nature.
