I joined the department in June 2024 on a maternity cover contract. My role is to support researchers in the submission of grant and fellowship applications. I provide information on open calls, advise on funder strategy and award schemes, as well as working closely with the grants team, and providing feedback on applications.
I have a BSc in molecular genetics and a PhD in protein biochemistry, as well as gaining significant experience in research strategy and funding, through 16+ years in various industry roles.
