Data reviewed for "Asking sensitive questions using the Unmatched Count Technique: Applications and guidelines for conservation"

Hinsley A, Nuno A

Data were collected using the following protocol:

Step 1
Data sources: Web of Science and Scopus

Search keywords: ("unmatched count technique" OR "item count technique" OR "list experiment" OR “list response technique” OR “list method" OR “list randomization” OR “block total response method” OR “balanced incomplete block design”)

Document type: Articles
Language: English
Dates: 1970 to 2018 (search conducted on 14th April 2018)

Titles and abstract were read to find out if articles used this technique or any adaptations. 540 studies were found to be not relevant. At this stage, an additional five papers found in Google Scholar were included because they specifically dealt with UCT in conservation and were too recent to be found in Web of Science and Scopus databases. A total of 126 articles were transferred to the review.
