Research Interests

I am broadly interested in the use of DNA-based tools and automatisation for biomonitoring environmental change in aquatic ecosystems.

An aquatic biologist by training, I soon became fascinated by the potential of genomics for fast species identification, which allows us to understand more about the impacts of global changes on aquatic biodiversity.

Now, during my DPhil, my aim to apply these tools to the interactions of multiple stressors.
